Shipping policy

At El and Al, our goal is to offer the best shipping options to our customers globally. We offer digital products, which are delivered immediately after purchase is confirmed, as well as a growing selection of items for your office. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders begin processing within 24 hours after the order is placed. We then process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the location to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. After processing, US orders usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
